Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Problem with an Auto Lease.

My girlfriend leased a new truck, after successfully fulfilling her lease on a car.

Two weeks later the dealership called and said ''they can't lease her the truck, but they could sell it to her for the same price. (Which we know is impossible.)

We have a signed contract leasing this truck. We are thinking that after review they found that they leased it at a too low of a price. But we're not sure. Any advice is appreciated.

If you have a signed lease agreement, you should be able to enforce it. It is best to have an attorney review the document. If you are in the area and need further consultation, please feel free to call.

Unless you have been notified by the financial company that will acutally lease the car that your credit is bad, then your lease is good. Ask the dealer why the lease cannot go through. You need notification from the finance co. that the lease has not been approved.
