Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I purchased a brand new motorhome. It has a bent frame. They flew a technician to Calif from Indiana to repair it. The tech told me he could not repair it to original condition and it is still over 1/4 inch out of square. This is 1 of 28 broken or defective items on the motorhome. They have had it 3 times since I bought it in March. I have never used it. It drove from dealer to my home and back 3 times. I do not want this motorhome I have made payments on for 5 months. I want them to keep the motorhome and refund my $65,000 down and 5 payments. Is this feasible?

Depending on what state's law's apply, you may have consumer protection laws that will make this feasible.
