Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
In the State of California, is it legal for a grocery store to give special, lower prices for buying separate, equal-quantity items in bulk? EXAMPLE: 2liter bottles of soda are $1.65, but the price is 65cents for each 2liter bottle of soda if you buy 10 of them.
