Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Vehicle Dealer-misrepresented vehicle purchased 11 month ago.

M/H advertized with new tires (8) Paid advertized price. Purchase agreement states " as is ". Just found that tires seriously and dangeriously cracking and all need to be replaced. Tires evidentially not new at time of purchase. Do I have any recourse. If so what are they.

you can go to small claims court and sue for replacement tires.
