30 Summons/being sued for collections
I just got served a summons at work. Its for a old cellphone bill 1816.15 from 2004.
What do I do?
It says I have to file a written response. What forms toI file?
How do I settle?
I don't have enough money for a attorney please help

Exactly when in 2004 was your last payment due? And when you called an attorney, what fee were you quoted?
