Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

i did $15707.42 worth of change orders requested by job super, and project manager.the 7 change orders were given to them nov.10 2011. Both of them stalled signing the invoices for 2 months, now they have been asigned work in texas, and say they cant help m, its not their job anymore. We all got along great, spent social time together after working hours. We requested paper work from them all we got was just put it on the bill.I did enter every thing in my daily reports as the changes were requested, and by who.Now the new progect manager wonts to pay only $7500.00. My question is since the super, and thP.M. had the statements for 2 months, with no abjection to the amount due. Should,nt the change orders become a claim for us to collect?

Classic unpaid change order claim. Happens all the time. First thing to do is perfect your lien rights and file a stop notice if not too late.
