Abstract of CA money judgment recorded 2008. Judgment debtor owns no real estate then. But Judgment debtor acquires a dwelling in 2009. Will homestead exemption apply at execution sale of after-acquired dwelling in 2010?

If the property qualifies for the exemption, it will apply at the execution sale.
