What actions can be taken to get a Plaintiff to file an acknowledgment of satisfaction. In what circumstances is it appropriate to use 724.240, 724.260 versus 116.850. What kind of complaint is filed?

Section 116.850 only applies to small claims cases. Filing a motion under Section 724.230 would be a lot cheaper and quicker than failing a lawsuit.
