Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Does anyone know of an attorney who is part of a legal network that we, as a debt settlement company, could plug into? Or an attorney who knows how to set up a legal network for a debt settlement company?

I don't know what a debt settlement company is. I often get asked to lend my law license to bankruptcy paralegals or loan modification consultants. You have to realize that 1) lawyers aren't allowed to split fees with non-lawyers, for example by working on commission; 2) lawyers aren't allowed to put themselves in a position where someone else can tell them how to practice law. You might be able to get a lawyer who is green or who is tempted to willfully disregard the California Rules of Professional Conduct. Many questions asked on LawGuru regarding "debt settlement companies" are from people who feel they were ripped off, so you would bear a heavy burden of proving to me that you are legitimate.
