Question #2 Is a credit card debt the type of account in which you can use a BILL OF PARTICULARS?

Question #3 Can you amend your answer to the complaint at any time?

Question #4 I am representing myself ; How do I find a ''forms and pleading '' example to copy of a case like mine and how can I find cases like mine to see the rulings?

Backround:

I am being sued for a credit card debt. The account was to be paid in full upon the resolution of a property settlement and the dissolution of my marriage. The ownership of the debt is undetermined in regards to my husband and myself. The credit card company and I agreed to combine all our accounts and freeze them until the courts decided ownership. . A charge of 800 dolllars was debted the account and I disputed it with a DISPUTE CLAIM. The claim went unresolved and the account was

closed and we were sued. The company refuses to respond to my inquiries about the dispute and only produced part of the recourds of the account as evidence. I want the entire account history
