Car accident
My friend crashed my car and said she was going to pay for my deductible, but now that its time to pay she said for me to take her to court. I have a text message from her that says “sorry ill buy you a new tire”, but I’m afraid that because I gave her permission to drive my car she not obligated to pay me back for even though she said she would.

Despite any agreement with you, your friend is responsible for the damages to your car that she caused.
