I signed up for a conference in August for $100 back in March, now I cant go at that time, parents booked a cruise for 50anniv. Avon charged my acct, I called them 5 x emailed 3 nothing , it was online,nothing signed, it did state its nonrefundable but its 4 months away so how can I just have it taken off, thanks alot

You could try disputing it with your credit card company, and attach copies of your e-mails. It probably won't work though. Non-refundable means just that, unless there's an emergency.
