Can I use a collection agency?

I work with college radio stations.

Our company calls local business

owners and gets them to commit

verbally over the phone to sponsor a

few public service messages that air

on the stations. We bill the

sponsors. The sponsors pay us. And

we pay the stations a per spot fee.

Some of my accounts are getting to

the point where I am ready to turn

them over to a collection agency but

legally I don't know if I can.

Yes you can.

But, you may be better off with a Collection Attorney instead of a collection agency.
