Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

credit card

i was a bally's member, i signed a three year contract with them and aprox. 10 months later they tranfered my account to orchard bank card services. a credit card company which paid bally's in full with out my consent. i terminated my contract with them stating i was relocating to las vegas, nevada.bally's sent me a confirmation letter. and they haven't credited the remaing balance of two years left on the account for the credit card company. now bally's is saying that i'm still a member but, on a not going to the gym basis? Is there anything i can do about this mess they have gotten me into?
