Since you were served with the lawsuit, it's not just "possible," it's a reality! Visualize a judgment being entered against you, and your bank account or paycheck vanishing, just like that.

If you need help with defending yourself -- especially if the debt is more than 4 years old, or you don't think you owe the amount stated plus attorney's fees and interest, please let me know.
You should make sure to get an answer on file within 30 days after the summons and complaint were served upon you. Otherwise, what Mr. Stone says will happen will become reality.
