credit history check situation...
got my credit report yesterday , says i have a good credit card existing. or should i say someone ;somehow does for 8 years now ....how do i find out who it is.....before i make a fraud alert...

If it's not you, you should notify the bank immediately, and put an alert on all three credit reports. You might not be the only victim of this person's fraud.
