does a finance co. have the right to garnish your wages? i let my cousin borrow my credit to buy a motorcycle who he has not paid and now the finance co. is threating me to garnish my wages.
please advise if they have this power.

Not until the finance company obtains a judgment against you. You might consider taking your cousin to court to get a judgment against him before the 2-year statute of limitation runs out.
