My ex-wife receivce jugdement for 120,000.00 from judge in the divorce on me in california can she sue my mother living trust who is decease now

She can't "sue" the trust, but she doesn't need to. To the extent you are entitled to money or assets from the trust, she can collect her judgment from the trust by way of the standard procedures for seizing money and assets to enforce judgments.
