Hello I had Gall Bladder surgury at a local hospital . Ihad Blue Cross When it was all over my portion of bill was $2,900 dollars So i started paying $200 dollars a month. They sent me a letter saying that they wanted the full amount.or they will help me finance the balance .Can i keep paying $200 dollars a month or do i have to do it thier way? Joe

Well, you can keep doing it your way and see if they sue you anyway or you can try to work with them. I would offer to settle the entire amount for less that what you owe in one lump payment (if possible) and be done with it.
