Can garnishments stack?
If I am being garnished for 25% of my after tax pay, can a sencond garnishment stack on top to equal 50% of my pay?

Depends on factors such as whether one or more garnishments is for taxes/student loans/support. Maybe you would pay less in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
