Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Hello!
I have a question - several moths ago I was admitted to a ER and got an operation. Later on the hospital had scanned my fingers for their new system of "optimization of processing times."
If I am not able to pay the bill in full (its huge) and the case will be transferred to a collecting agency, can collecting agency use those prints to find m through the police or DMV or other databases?
