Judgement

If a creditor has won a judgment against you and is now garnishing your wages, and also have pick up the merchandise (car) it is still legal to have the judgment on your credit report? What I can I do to get it remove, it lower my FICO scores.

Yes. A judgment will remain on your credit report for 7 years. You will not be able to remove the judgment from your credit reports. However, you can provide an explaination why the creditor obtained the judgment to the major credit reporting agencies.
