Who is legally responsible for my 20 yr. old son's medical bills. He is covered by my health insurance but there's a huge deductible. If unpaid, does it go against his credit or mine?

That is very tricky. The care providers are going to say you, and depending on the financial responsibility paperwork that was filled out, they may be right.
