How long can hospitals wait to mail you a bill after services are rendered in California?

Contracts in writing must be pursued within 4 years. Chances are when you were admitted, you signed a contract which is entitled "Conditions of Admission." That is the contract. Feel free to call 619-991-0548 if you have any further questions.
