Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Im in the middle of a debt collection case in California. During my last court appearance (case management conference which was continued), the judge asked me to file verification of my business partnership. The judge also said she wasnt sure exactly what type of form I needed to file but that it had to file before my next court appearance on Dec. 19. I have tried contacting legal aid but they too have no idea what form I needed to file. Im at a complete loss as to what to do next.

There is no such "form." You have been told a number of options for showing proof of a partnership in previous answers when you asked essentially the same question.

It is unclear what your case is about or the context of the Judge's comments so it is difficult to say what would be the answer. A guess would be a written statement, verified, stating information of your business.
