I have to pay my attorney 990 dollars per month i have some problems in paying the bills but i pay not in the due date but i pay and i want to pay him but he wants to sue me because i am 1 month behind what can happen if he sue me because i need more days to have the money and he is calling me each day i would like to know what can happen to me if he take me to court?
