Do I still have to pay a judgement if the plaintiff dies?

You still owe the money, it just belongs to the plaintiff's heirs now. The trustee or executor of the decedent's estate has the legal right to try collect from you on behalf of the beneficiaries of the will or living trust.

The real question is whether or not anybody will actually try to collect from you. It is possible that the plaintiff's death will mean that nobody will try because of the time, effort and cost.
