can't pay loan bill
I am currently awaiting for permanent disability from social security an have missed 2 payments on my loan from cashcall, they keep calling that they are going to send it to arbitration. I repeatedly tried to explain my situation via letters and calls that I can't make payments until disability comes in. They offered deferment for 2 months if I pay $175 now but I only get 150-200/month from my family for help to live on. What can I do and what can they legally do to me?

They can sue you. Whether they can collect is another issue.
