Phone Calls

I would like to know the LEGAL hours of calling a home to collect on a debt?

The Federal Debt Collection Act provides that creditors can only contact you during "reasonable" hours. It doesn't specify what "reasonable" is. If you give creditors limits on when they call you, in writing, they must contact you during those hours. Also, if you advise them not to contact you at work, or at home, or even not to contact you via phone at all, they must obey.
