Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Received Summons for Debt

Hello-I have received a summons for debt (Credit Cards) and I have to reply before 30 days. These debts occured when I was married (California). In our Divorce/MSA settlement agreement, it outlines each credit card debt is to be paid by my former spouse-the only problem is ALL of the credit cards are in my name. What should/can I do? My spouse has not paid me ANY money as he was supposed to as outlined in our MSA.
