I recieved a summons for debt collection. I am in the process of filing bankruptcy. Will that be a sufficient statement on the PLD-C-010 Answer Contract for my response within the 30 days. My BK file number won't be assigned within the 30 days.

If you're filing bankruptcy, this will stop the lawsuit whether or not your attorney files a legal response. Consult the attorney who is handling your bankruptcy for more information.

That would not be a sufficient response to avoid a default if you don't get the BK filed first.
