I was served for a unpaid creditcard bill from 2008 what should i do i dont have money and barely staying above water

A single summons can be symptomatic of an amount of of debt that is not surpassable. Subsquent summonses on other accounts can follow in rapid succession. A bankruptcy-petition filing is an affordable and effective solution to ridding oneself of debt that can't be paid.
