Small Claim Judgement
I sold my vehicle, signed the title over
and have not been paid in full. I won a
judgement through small claims and
ordered a writ. We cannot garnish wages
because of a previous garnishment.
I would like to know if I can repose the
vehicle.

No. Repossession would only work if you were the legal owner, ie the lienholder. You will need to execute on other assets.
