Someone took me to small claims court. we used a mediator and I have to pay 4000 dollars in payments of 150 every month. I lost my job and cant pay now what can happen.

If the mediated agreement was turned into a judgment, they will use enforcement of judgment proceedings. If it was just an agreement and the case was dismissed, then they will have to take you back to Small Claims.
