small claims
after winning a small claims and and appeal,and the debtor is suppose to fill out a statements of assests which most dont until you have them served and to appear on the statement of assests and answer questions from myself (judgement creditor) can i ask the judgement debtor's wife questions as well?

Congratulations on winning your case. All the information you need is in the book "Collect Your Judgment" published by Nolo Press (nolo.com). I am sure it is in the courthouse library if it isn't in your local public library.
