My son had magazines sent to the house, then moved out. The magazines kept coming, but we threw them out. The magazine companies (Time and People) "automatically" renew. Now they have finally stopped sending them, but want over $100. Do we have to pay or can we say, "no thank you?"
If your son was over the age of 18 when he signed up for the magazines, the bills are his responsibility.
But I think you can ignore them.. It is probably not worth the magaazinge company's time to report your son to any credit reporting agency, and definitely not worthwhile for them to sue and get a judgment for their unpaid subscription.
