I am in state of california can I use same subpeona to attempt service more than once or do I have to get a new subpeona to re attempt service .
Civil subpeona for appreance at trial .

If all of the information on the subpoena remains the same (i.e. the name and address of the witness, and the trial date, time and location), you may use the same subpoena if your process server still has it.
