Sued over credit card debt

I recived a call from a creditor calling on my Capitol One Credit Card. They need a full payment or they will sue By tommorrow. Is this a scare tatic, will this happen? Please Help.

And now, to answer your question. It's almost certainly a scare tactic, and furthermore it's illegal to say things like that. You need some help from a real consumer rights attorney. Give us a call.

When you are served with a summons and complaint you will have 30 days to answer. If you do not answer, then they may get a default judgment. If you answer, then you may be able to settle for a lesser amount and have another year to do so. Contact me directly.
