Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I sued the father of my child and won. Since then he has worked sporadically or not at all. He has only given me $300 of an $1800 judgement in a year. How do I get my money?

Garnish his wages or levy his bank accounts. You also may be able to do an order of examination as to his finances. If he is not working then you may be able to get the judge in your divorce to make him look for work.

For more specific things I would re-post this in the divorce section.

Hope this gives you some ideas and best of luck..
