Summons

Co signed a vehicle loan for girlfriend. We separated over a year ago. She defaulted on loan and they are suing me. I made attempts during her default to take possession of vehicle. Bank released title to her and she had me and bank removed.

You need to file a cross complaint against her IMMEDIATELY for the amount of the debt. Good luck.
