Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Truck Repossed, Reclaimed truck and it was dammaged!!!!
I'm in CA so what can I do? I contacted the finace co and they are they are telling me I have to contact the people they sub-contracted.... then thoses people contracted with someone else. Estimated over 5K in dammage....

Make a claim to all of them and ask them all to submit it to their insurance. If they wont, submit it to your insurance as a comprehensive claim.
