Verification of Self Employment Letter

I need a verification of self employment letter from a

lawyer for a refinance of my home. I am getting a no income ,no doc loan. I have a small part-time business and do my own books and taxes. Where could I get this letter?

The lender should have a sample that you can use. You'll just type it up and sign it. It probably has you state, under penalty of perjury, that you've made X dollars over the past Y months as a self-employed person, or something like that.
