from 98-05 i\\\'ve been arested for theft,gta,conceld wep,fishing wit no lic,driven wit sus lic.i was just arested for petty theft and i bailed out because i had work in the mornig.i have a job,and a family tht i have to take care of..my ? is im i going to go to jail???

No one can give you a definitive answer. However, with a record like yours, the DA may push for jail time. You should hire an attorney immediately.
