Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I'm 18 and was arrested for disorderly conduct: alcohol. I have a record as a minor of all minor charges only one alcohol/weed arrest. No adult arrests until now. What can expect to come of court and what should I plea if I never had rights read or allowed calls and spent 14+ hours in the drunk tank. Thoughts please?

There is a serious misconception about having your rights read to you. They don't have to read you your rights if you were not being interrogated. I can't see how being in drunk tank for 14 hours prejudices your case . Maybe you were so drunk it took that long before they thought it was safe for you to leva.

You need an attorney that will help you. If you plead guilty it will follow you, and depending on job could affect employment... If you plead guilty you have no chance of mitigating ... I would think Not Guilty is the way to start

You need to consult with an attorney who can review the facts and perhaps the police report
