If a 17 year old girrl get pregent by an 24 year old guy in the state of califorina can he get in trouble the girl will be 18 in a couple of months.

All the attorneys above have given you the straight scope. In California it is black and white. If sex occurs between a man that is over 18 and a woman that is under 18 it is statutory rape. Period end of story. If the man is more than 4 years older than the woman the penalty will be increased. Basically, the law does not recognize the woman's ability while she is under the age of 18 to give consent, if he is over 18.
