20 year old issue
A male 12 year old fondles a 6 year old. The 6 year old tell his parents and the parents confront the 12 year old and his parents. The 12 year old admits what happens, goes to counseling and the issue is dropped. Fast forward 20 years. The 6 year old who is now 26 is threating to press charges against the 12 year old who is now 32. Can the 32 year old be prosecuted and / or held liable in a civil suit?
