Accused of Shop Lifting
My girlfriend took some alergy pills in the store, we were going to pay but set them down and forgot about them. Left store umdercover employee camd and accused me of taking pills. We told them truth but they didn't believe us. What can I do?

The pills must have been removed from the store or the security guard would not have found anything. You need to hire an attorney to represent you in this matter. Depending on the circumstances it may be necessary to hire a separate attorney for each of you.
The attorney can best present this in a manner that is most likely to be successful. Also you may have to go to trial in this matter.
Theft requires the intent to take the property and permanently deprive the owner of the property. This would rule out accidental removal of the pills.
