Records are 'forever'. Yours shows an arrest. OK.

The only remedy available is to hire an attorney to prepare and file a Petition in that local court, seeking a court finding and order of 'factual innocence' and ordering correction and/or destruction of the arrest record.

If serious about hiring counsel for that, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts, basis and costs of doing so.
