help asap
a 19 year old is in jail n has been in jail foe the past 3 days on felony DUI and Hit n run that resulted in possibly injury her court dat is tomorrow will she be appointed a public derender there? what should she plead? is there a chance or her being released on O.R.?

Do not abandon this young woman to the public defender. If you are in a position to help, help her hire a private attorney.
Hope no one pressures her to take an immediate, and possibly ill-advised, plea in exchange for her release.
