assumption of possesion of cocaine
if you had contact with someone that
was raided for selling cocaine and the
officers found large amts. of cocaine
and other substances/paraphanella
on the premises, the officers are now
contacting me pretending they are
the person that was
raided/arrested/charged, they say
''hey man lets meet up and talk''
while trying to disguise their voice.
what should i do? i dont have any
nor know where to attain the
substance. i want them to stop
contacting me. should i agree to
meet with them.
Re: assumption of possesion of cocaine
Hire a lawyer and let them handle the situation. They are trying to build a case against you.
Re: assumption of possesion of cocaine
Hire an attorney to keep you from convicting yourself. Feel free to contact me if you get serious about doing so.
Re: assumption of possesion of cocaine
Hang up. Do not talk to the police except to say I want a lawyer. Do not consent to a search. Do not volunteer to go to a police station or be questioned.
You could have a lawyer write to the police and ask them to stop calling you. Do not write the letter yourself.
Re: assumption of possesion of cocaine
Unless there is more to your story, I cannot fathom why you would want to meet with them. Are you investigated for a crime yourself?
